The tragic events of September 11, 2001 have affected us all, either directly or indirectly. Our city and our country will never be the same. These have become days of uncertainty and reflection. Our heart felt sympathy and prayers go out to the families of all the victims and we pray that God would comfort and bless all who were affected. We, as Christians living in New York City, have a firsthand perspective of these events expressed in following sections:

The Personal Testimonies section contains experiences of those directly involved with the events at ground zero and the encouragement they have received from the Word of God.
The Words of Encouragement section contains articles written by some of us based on the now well-known incidents during this time of crisis and the solace found in the Word of God.

It is our hope and prayer that through these words God would give strength and hope to our fellow New Yorkers and to all who need comfort in these unsettling times.
